Good morning, how are you guys?
Your kind scripture regarding our deal of the above-mention property brought lots of inspiration. Frankly speaking, my wife Teresa always works hard to keep the premise in good shape. Thanks God, she deserves a credit.
Being an owner of the house for 17 years, the main reason for the quit is the maintenance is far beyond our ability. Teresa and I are both over 70s. Jeany my eldest daughter lives in Toronto over 20 years. She persuades her parent move to a same town. Easy to take care is hers most concern.
As to my experience, there are three attractive nature observations in 720. The first one is numerous Canadian geese flying over the roof two times every year. It would be somehow a little bit noisy. The second one is you guys can observe the rising moon through your windows easily. The best time is around the falls. The last one but not the least is you guys are recommended to take a walk to the nearby pond. I enjoyed feeding the Canadian geese with my grand-daughters for fun.
